The Luxury Cloud mattress combines body-contouring pocket spring, hypo-allergenic fillings and a soft as silk stretch knit fabric, resulting in a soft to medium support.It benefits from a hand tufted finish; a process that pre-tensions the mattress by passing tapes through it at regular intervals and attaching cotton tufts on both sides.
Sandwiched between these deep fillings is a traditional sleep system made up of small diameter springs with each coil housed in its own cloth sleeve.
The springs are able to move freely so the load on one is not affected by any neighbouring springs, providing piston-like support to each part of your body.
Fitted with sprung slats, the 5-way hinged mechanism offers unique customised support and comfort to all parts of the body, resulting in reduced aches and pains.
In addition, the slatted frame is fitted with lumber adjusters in the lower back section. This allows you to decrease or increase the firmness in that area.

Plus of course, the entire bed is adjustable AND it has storage drawers!
Could it be improved? Yes. At the moment, the head end slides so far forward when it is raised, that you end up sitting in the middle of the bed! Miles away from any bedside tables! It needs to slide back as well as up! But I guess that would add to the reasonable cost.
Fortunately I am not a tall person!
All in all, very happy!

Damages
Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
