I have only given this item 3 stars due to the fiasco of delivery problems I was notified 3 times about delivery dates all being cancelled due to what they termed as a product locality problem. The mattress its self seems to be of good quality and works reasonably well it said that it was medium to firm but I am finding it a little soft compared to my original mattress. I was going to buy another for my wifes side of the bed but I am relunctant due to the delivery problems.

Bed is great, but delivery was erratic, first half base was missing, then despite being told I would get it the next day, it arrived three days later, which meant I had to sleep in my armchair for four nights with a bad back and recovering with a broken femur
